Ingredients

All Purpose Flour / Maida
▢

Baking Soda / Cooking Soda

Salt

Cinnamon Powder

Dry Ginger Powder

Cloves Powder
Krambu podi

Granulated Sugar for rolling the cookies
Instructions
▢
Take flour, cinnamon, cloves, salt, baking soda and ginger in a bowl and mix well.
▢
Take butter, sugar in a bowl and beat with a electric beater till creamy.
▢
Add in 1 egg and honey, whip again till creamy.
▢
Add in flour mix in and mix well.
▢
Cover with plastic wrap and chill it for 30 mins to 1 hour in fridge.
▢
Preheat oven to 190 degree C in the last 10 mins of chilling.. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
▢
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the dough and shape it into smooth ball, roll it out and place it in granulated sugar and roll it well.
▢
Place it in a plate and flatten it lightly.
▢
Now pop this in fridge and chill for another 15 mins.
▢
Now arrange this in baking sheet and bake for 9 to 11 mins.
▢
Remove this from oven and cool it for 10 mins, now remove this to a cooling rack and cool completely.
▢
Enjoy with a cup of milk.
