Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cream I used Amul 25% fat fresh cream
  • 2 Tender Coconut Flesh
  • ½ cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Tender Coconut Water

Instructions

  • Take ¾th of the tender coconut in a blender, add in sugar, condensed milk and coconut water and puree till smooth. Take this in a bowl.
  • Chop the remaining ¼ of the tender coconut flesh and chop it finely. Add it to the mix.
  • Now in the same blender, take cream and whip it few times.
  • Now pour this into the mix and give everything a good mix.
  • Pour this in a freezer safe container and freeze for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Scoop and serve
