How to Make Cake Flour at Home | Homemade Cake Flour Recipe

Learn how to make cake flour at home. Cake flour is nothing but a light flour mix which is often is used to make cakes. Using cake flour in recipes results in softer cakes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • 2 tbsp Corn Flour

Instructions

  • Measure 1 cup flour in a bowl or sifter. Remove 2 tblspn of the flour from the measured one.
  • Now replace that with 2 tblspn of cornflour.
  • Mix well or sieve it.
  • Use as needed.
