Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast - 2 large
  • Mustard Sauce - 2 tblspn
  • Cheese Slices - 2 to 4
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - ½ cup
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Bread Crumbs - 1 cup or as needed
  • Oil for pan frying

Instructions

  • Take chicken and slit it in the middle, so it opens like a book. Wrap it with cling wrap and use a rolling pin to bash it so it gets little thin.
  • Now season the chicken with salt and pepper. Now spread mustard over the chicken and lay cheese over it.
  • Roll the chicken well. Wrap the chicken with cling wrap and freeze for 30 mins or so.
  • Season the flour, egg and breadcrumbs with salt and pepper.
  • Now take the chicken in flour, then egg and breadcrumbs. Now chill this for another 15 mins or so.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Place a wire rack over a tray.
  • Heat oil for deep frying, pan fry the chicken till it gets golden on all sides.
  • Remove the chicken and place it over the wire rack placed over a baking tray. Bake this for 15 mins.
  • Remove it and cool it for 5 mins. Slice and serve.
