Ingredients

  • All Purpose Flour / Maida - 2 cups
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tblspn
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Take maida, salt, sugar, oil in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add water slowly and knead to a soft dough.
  • Set aside for 30 mins.
  • Now divide it into small portions.
  • Take a portion and dust some flour on it. Roll it thinly.
  • Place it on a heated tawa and cook till golden and puffy on both sides.
  • Serve hot.
