Ingredients

  • Jowar / Sorghum / Cholam - 1 cup
  • Whole Ragi / Finger Millet - 1 cup
  • Kambu / Pearl Millet - 1 cup
  • Whole Urad Dal - 1 cup
  • Fenugreek Seeds / Vendayam / Methi - ¾ tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients except salt in a bowl and rinse well.
  • Now cover with water and let it soak for 10 hours.
  • Now drain it and rinse it well.
  • Now take this in blender and puree till smooth
  • Pour it into bowl, cover and leave it to ferment for 8 hours
  • Now add salt and mix well.Add water as needed.
  • Heat a tawa, make dosa, drizzle oil around the sides.
  • Cook till golden, flip over and cook.
