  • Chapati / Roti / Tortilla as needed
  • Garlic Sauce or Mayonnaise as needed Recipe here
  • Chicken Breast - 2 sliced into strips
  • Lettuce as needed
  • Onion Slices as needed
  • For Marination:
  • Lemon Juice - 2 tblspn
  • Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
  • Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - 2 tsp
  • Garlic - 3 grated finely
  • Coriander leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped
  • Oil - 3 tblspn


  • Mix all the ingredients for marination. Add the chicken and mix well. Leave to marinate for 15 mins or so.
  • Now heat a grill pan or tawa, place chicken on it and cook for 4 to 5 mins on each side.
  • Meanwhile you can grill the onions on the side of the pan too.
  • Now take a chapati, spread some garlic mayo or sauce.
  • Place lettuce, chicken and onion and roll it.
  • Roll it with some foil.
  • Cut it in half and serve
