Ingredients

Boneless Chicken Thighs - 300 grams sliced in strips
▢
Burger Buns - as needed
I used soda buns
▢
Coleslaw - as needed

For Marination:
▢
Lemon Juice - 3 tblspn
▢
Honey - 4 tblspn
▢
Mustard Paste - 2 tblspn
▢
Garlic - 2 tblspn chopped finely
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Pepper to taste
▢
Coriander leaves - 3 tblspn finely chopped
▢
Soya Sauce - 1 tblspn
▢
Oil - 2 tblspn
Instructions
▢
Mix all the ingredients for marination. Let it marinate for 30 mins.
▢
Heat a pan, add in the chicken and saute on high heat till the chicken is cooked and sauce is reduced. Filling done.
▢
Take a burger bun, slit it open, spoon some chicken over this, top with coleslaw and cover with top buns.
▢
Serve.
