Ingredients
▢
Vegetables of your choice
i used carrots, beans and spring onions - 1 cup
▢
Ghee - 2 tsp
▢
Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - ½ tsp
optional
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Pepper to taste
▢
Sugar - ¼ tsp
▢
Powdered Nuts - 2 tblspn
i used cashew, badam and walnuts will work too
▢
Coriander leaves - 1 tblspn finely chopped
Instructions
▢
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin and let them sizzle.
▢
Add in veggies and mix well. Cook them for 5 mins or so.
▢
Add in salt, sugar and pepper and mix well.
▢
Add in nuts powders and mix well.
▢
Finally add in coriander leaves and give a good mix.
▢
Serve with rice
