Ingredients

  • 5 Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Freshly Crushed Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic grated
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Take olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl and mix well.
  • Put the chicken in this marinate and toss well.
  • Marinate it for couple of hours.
  • Now heat a grill pan or outdoor grill till smoking hot.
  • Now place the chicken over it and grill till it is cooked on both sides, reaching an internal temperature of 170°.
  • Serve hot with some salad..
