Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

Instructions

Take olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl and mix well.

Put the chicken in this marinate and toss well.

Marinate it for couple of hours.

Now heat a grill pan or outdoor grill till smoking hot.
▢
Now place the chicken over it and grill till it is cooked on both sides, reaching an internal temperature of 170°.
▢
Serve hot with some salad..
