Ingredients
  

  • For Muffins:
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • -1 Egg
  • 1 tblspn Unsalted Soft Butter
  • ½ cup / 100 grams Sugar
  • 1 cup / 120 grams All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • For Streusal Topping:
  • 3 tblspn Unsalted Cold Butter
  • 3 tblspn All Purpose Flour / Maida
  • 2 tblspn Sugar
  • 3 tblspn Jif® Peanut Powder
  • ¼ cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • My 1 cup measures 240 ml

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190 degree C. Line 12 cup muffin tray with cupcakes cases and set aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients together using a fork till it resembles coarse crumbles. Set aside in fridge till use.
  • Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.
  • Take butter, peanut butter, egg, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and use a beater and whip till creamy.
  • Add in milk and whip this up till creamy.
  • Now add in the flour mix in and mix well.
  • Use a icecream scoop and scoop the batter into the cupcakes cases.
  • Top it generously with streusal and bake this in oven for 18 to 20 mins.
  • Remove it and let it cool in tin for 10 mins.
  • Serve warm.
