Tomato Spaghetti Recipe with step by step pictures. It is made from fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, and cheese. This is easy to make and absolutely delicious to eat.

  • Spaghetti - 100 grams use any pasta
  • Tomatoes - 2 large roughly crushed
  • Olive Oil - 2 tblspn
  • Garlic - 6 fat cloves sliced thinly
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - ½ tsp or to taste
  • Chilli Flakes - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Oregano - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Parmesan Cheese - ½ cup grated use any cheese


  • Bring lots of water to boil, add in salt and drop in the pasta. Cook as per package directions.
  • When the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan.
  • Add in garlic and fry till golden.
  • Now add in tomatoes, salt and sugar. Mix well. Cook this till the raw smell leaves from tomatoes.
  • Add in chilli flakes and oregano. Mix well and cook for few more mins. Sauce done.
  • Now drain the pasta and add it to sauce along with cheese.
  • Toss well and serve immediately.
