  • Eggs-4
  • Onion-1 chopped
  • Cabbage-½ cup chopped
  • Carrot-1 chopped
  • Capsicum/Bell Pepper- ½ chopped
  • Tomato-1 chopped
  • Red chilli powder-1 tsp
  • Coriander powder / Malli podi-2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder / Manjal podi- ½ tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil-1 tblspn
  • Coriander leaves/Cilantro/Spring onion for garnishing


  • Heat oil in a kadai and add in onions..let it cook for 2 mins.
  • Add in all vegetables and mix well..Let this cook for 5-10 min until done.
  • Add in chilli,coriander,turmeric,garam masala powder and mix well.Season with salt..
  • Add in tomatoes and mix well..Cook this for 1 min..
  • Pour in the egg and scramble it till it gets perfect for you..
  • Garnish with cilantro or spring onion and enjoy with rice..
