In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil and mix well.
Add in water and make a smooth dough.Apply a tsp of oil and knead it for 2-3 min.
Cover it let it rest for 20-30 min.Divide the dough into equal portions.
Roll each balls into roti.
Heat a tawa to a high heat..Put the roti on the tawa and cook on one side till the top appears dry to touch and not doughy.
Turn it over and cook on other side for some more seconds.
Now put the upper side of the cooking chapati over direct flame, the roti will puff up like a ballon.Turn it on the other side and toast it on burning flame till done.
Remove this and place it in insulated container.
Serve hot drizzling some butter or ghee on top with any curry.
