Equipment

  • Blender
  • Cooking pot
  • Juice Jug
  • Serving Glass

Ingredients

  • 20 no Strawberries
  • 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • ¾ cup Simple Syrup or as needed
  • 3 cups Cold Water
  • Icecubes as needed

For Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • Start by making simple syrup, take sugar and water in a sauce pan. Heat till the sugar is melted and the syrup comes to a boil. Turn off the heat and let it cool completely.
  • Take strawberries in a blender and make it into a smooth puree. In a jug, take ice cubes, strawberry puree, lemon juice, ice water and simple syrup. Mix well.
  • Taste and check for sweetness and tartness. Serve cold.

Notes

  • You can use any fruits that you prefer in this lemonade.
  • You can use brown sugar for making simple syrup. it is healthy alternative, but the colour of lemonade will be darker.
  • There is no particular measurements for the ingredients. Taste and adjust it as per your preference.
  • If you are planning to serve lemonade later. Don't add ice cubes, instead add it to serving glass when you serve.
