Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line 12 cup muffin tray with cupcake cases and set aside.
Take flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder in a sifter and sieve well.
Take oil, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and mix well. Add in eggs and give a good mix.
Add in buttermilk and whisk well.
Now add in the sifted flour mix and fold gently..
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the batter and fill the cupcake cases.
Bake for 18 to 20 mins until a toothpick inserted comes clean.
Take the tray from oven and let it cool completely.
Meanwhile make a batch of vanilla and chocolate buttercream.
When the cupcakes are cooled, pipe the cream over the cupcakes and top with sprinkles.
