Ingredients

  • For Dough:
  • ½ cup Wheat Flour
  • Salt a pinch
  • Water as needed
  • For Filling:
  • 1 medium size boiled Potato
  • a pinch Salt
  • optional Pepper
  • for frying paratha Ghee

Instructions

  • Take dough ingredients in a bowl and make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest.
  • Mash potato with some salt and pepper. Divide it into two balls.
  • Take one ball, flatten it out, place a ball in the middle, cover it up, roll it into thick paratha.
  • Put it in hot tawa and cook on both sides till done. Apply ghee as needed.
  • Tear it into small pieces and feed your baby.
