Whole Urad Dal

Raw Rice / Pacharisi

Instructions
▢
Soak Whole urad dal and rice in a bowl, soak it for 2 hours.
▢
Drain it and take it in a blender, make it into a fine puree. Pour this into a bowl, add in salt and mix well.
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard and crackle.
▢
Add in onions, chillies, curry leaves, ginger and saute for a min.
▢
Pour this into the batter and mix well.
▢
Heat oil for deep frying. Drop spoonful of batter in hot oil and fry till golden.
▢
Drain and serve with chutney.
