Ingredients

  • 3 cups Wheat Flour
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Warm water as needed
  • ½ cup Curd

For Topping:

  • 1 tbsp Cream or milk
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Add yeast and sugar in warm water and curd and let it sit for 5 min.
  • In a mixing bowl, take wheat flour and salt and mix well.
  • Make a well in the centre and pour the yeast mixture in this.make a soft dough out of this.
  • Apply oil over this and cover it with plastic wrap and let it sit for 1 hour.
  • Now punch the air out of this and knead it for 3 min.Divide the dough in to equal portions and form balls out of it.
  • Arrange it in a well oiled tray and cover it with a damp cloth.Let this rest for 30 mins till it increase in size.
  • Now brush this with cream or milk and sprinkle some sesame seeds over this.
  • Put this in preheated oven (220 °C or 450°F)..Cook for 15 min till light golden colour.Remove this and let it cool down. Serve warm..
