Ingredients

Wheat Tortilla
▢

tsp
Oil
▢

cloves
Garlic chopped finely
▢

medium size Onion sliced thinly
▢

medium size Carrot sliced thinly
▢
½
Capsicum sliced thinly
▢

tsp
Chilli Flakes
▢

tsp
Oregano
▢

Cornflour Cornstarch
▢

Tomato Ketchup

Salt to taste

Guamocole as needed

Cheese Slices as needed
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add in garlic and saute for 30 sec. Add in onions and salt. Saute for 2 mins.

Add in carrots and saute for 3 to 5 mins. Now add in capsicum and saute for 2 mins or so.

Now add in ketchup and mix well. Add in oregano and chilli flakes.
▢
Mix cornflour with some water and pour it over the veggies mix. Toss well.
▢
Take tortilla in a plate, spread some guacomole as thin layer.
▢
Now spread some veggies mix on one side of the tortilla.
▢
Pace some cheese slice on top, cover with the other half of tortilla. Spread oil on one side of the tortilla.
▢
Put tortilla on tawa, cook till golden on both sides.
▢
Cut into wedges and serve.
