Ingredients

  • 6 slices Bread
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 3 tbsp Custard Powder
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • In a shallow bowl add custard powder, sugar, milk and vanilla essence and mix well. Mix this nicely so that there is no lumps.
  • Now take one slice of bread and dip it in the mixture not more than 5 seconds and turn it over and do the same.
  • Heat butter in a tawa and put this bread in it.
  • Cook for 2 mins on one side and flip it over. Cook for another 2 mins on other side too.
  • Serve hot with some butter smeared on top or drizzle some honey or jam and enjoy as it is.
