Ingredients

  • 1 cup Thick Yogurt / Greek Yogurt
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes if using normal tomatoes, use 1 large
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and set aside, if using normal big tomatoes use 1 large and cube them.
  • Take curd, salt, sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Add in tomatoes and parsley and mix well.
  • Cover and chill untill use.
  • Serve cold.
