Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed Watermelon
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 to 4 tbsp or as needed Simple Syrup
  • Icecubes as needed
  • Lemon Slice for garnishing
  • For simple syrup:
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions

  • Start by making simple syrup, take sugar and water in a sauce pan, heat till it is melted, now bring it to a boil and boil it for 5 mins.
  • Remove it to a bowl and cool it down. Pour into clean glass and store in fridge for many many years,
  • Take watermelon in a blender and make it into a puree. Strain the juice,
  • Add in lemon juice and sugar syrup. Mix well.
  • Take a glass, add few icecubes. pour the juice in and place a slice of lemon and serve.
