Start by making dough, take flour, salt, oil in a bowl. rub well so oil is mixed in with the flour.
Add in water slowly and knead to a soft smooth dough. Cover the dough with a bowl and set aside for 30 mins.
Divide it into equal balls.
Take one ball, spread it, apply ghee, fold it, apply ghee again, fold again, spread like paratha.
Pan fry the paratha in hot tawa by applying some ghee on both sides till golden.
Another way of making is, take a ball, spread it, apply some ghee, roll it like a cylinder, now roll the cylinder into a spiral.
Spread it and Pan fry the paratha in hot tawa by applying some ghee on both sides till golden.
Serve with a extra dollop of ghee.
