Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Water
  • ¼ cup Lemon Juice
  • ½ tsp Lemon Zest

Instructions

  • Take Sugar, water in a sauce pan and heat till it is melted.
  • Pour it into a bowl and let it cool a bit.
  • Now add in lemon juice and zest.
  • Mix well. Pour it in a big bowl, Cover and freeze overnight.
  • Next day take it out and scrape it using a spoon or fork.
  • Freeze again till you serve..
  • Scoop and serve.
