Take mutton and other thing given in a cooker and pressure cook for 12 to 15 whistle. Remove it from flame and let the pressure release all by itself. Open the cooker and set aside.
Now heat oil in a pan, add fennel and sizzle.
Add in onions, curry leaves and green chilli and saute for few mins.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add in cooked mutton and the spice powder and mix well.
Keep tossing it so the mutton shreds apart.
Let all the water dry out. Keep tossing it up. Now add in pepper powder and mix well.
