Ingredients

  • 4 hard boiled peeled and halved Eggs
  • 2 to 3 tbsp for pan frying Oil
  • For Coating:
  • 2 tbsp Rice Flour / Arisi Mavu
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder / Manjal Podi
  • Curry leaves a sprig torn into small pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients for coating. Apply it over boiled halved eggs.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan, place eggs in hot oil and fry till golden on both sides.
  • Serve hot.
