Thick Unsour Curd / Yogurt

Salt to taste

Sugar

Chat Masala Powder
▢
Chat Green Chutney as needed
▢
Chat Dates & Tamarind Chutney as needed
▢
Crispy Sev as needed
Instructions
▢
Take curd, salt, sugar and chat masala in a bowl. Mix well.
▢
Arrange puri in a plate, crack the top, spoon some potatoes in to it.
▢
Spoon some curd and top with both chutneys.
▢
Sprinkle some sev over it.
▢
Enjoy immediately.
