Ingredients

  • Rice Noodles / Egg Noodles - 1 packet I used egg noodles
  • Green Bell pepper-1 sliced
  • Baby Corn-5 sliced lengthwise
  • Onion-1 sliced
  • Coriander leaves / Cilantro or Holy Basil -a small bunch chopped
  • Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tblspn
  • Red chilli paste-1 tsp or to taste Grind Dry Red Chilli with water
  • Pepper-to taste
  • Oil-2 tblspn
  • For Sauce:
  • Soy sauce-2 tblspn
  • Vinegar-1 tblspn
  • Sugar-1 tblspn
  • Salt –to taste

Instructions

  • Cook Noodles as per package directions. Drain it and set aside.
  • Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok. Add in ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add in red chilli paste and mix well.
  • Throw in onions, bell pepper, baby corn and mix well.Cook this for 3 mins.
  • Now add in noodles and toss well..Pour in the sauce and mix well so that everything gets combined.
  • Season with pepper and mix well.
  • Add in cilantro and cook until it wilts.
  • Serve hot with your favorite accompaniments.
