Ingredients

  • 1 Ridge Gourd
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • For Masala:
  • -1 medium size chopped Onion
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 1.5 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1.5 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 3 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Peel ridge gourd, cut into big pieces and make two slits on the top.
  • Grind all the ingredients given to a fine paste. Stuff this in the slits.
  • Now heat oil in a kadai. Add the ridge gourd in and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 mins.
  • Now increase the heat and open the lid and cook till it thickens'
  • Serve
