Ingredients

  • 3 cups Broccoli cut into small florets
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  • ½ cup Rice flour / Arisi Mavu
  • ¼ cup All purpose flour / Maida
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour / Cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp Baking Soda
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Now boil broccoli in salted water till it is tender. It will take around 5 mins. Drain and set aside.
  • Take that in a bowl and add all the other ingredients except oil and mix well.
  • Heat oil for deep frying, fry the broccoli till it is golden. drain in a paper towel.
  • Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or ketchup.
