Ingredients

  • ¾ cup All Purpose Flour / Maida 90 grams
  • ¾ cup Whole Wheat Flour / Atta 90 grams
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar 150 grams
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 2 tsp Baking Soda / Cooking Soda
  • ¾ cup grated Zucchini
  • ½ cup Raisins or any dried fruits
  • 1 Egg
  • ¾ cup Milk 180 ml
  • ¼ cup Oil 60 ml
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • My 1 cup measures 240 ml

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease it well with oil. Set aside.
  • Take wheat flour, flour, brown sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon powder in a bowl and whisk well
  • Add the remaining ingredients and give a gentle mix. Dont over mix the batter.
  • Spoon this in loaf pan and bake for 55 mins to 60 mins.
  • Remove it from oven and cool it for 10 mins in pan and remove it from pan and cool it completely.
  • Slice and serve.
