Greek Yogurt / Homemade Curd

Honey
▢

chopped finely Strawberries
▢

Sugar

few drops Lemon Juice

Homemade granola
▢
Cashews or Pistachios or Almonds as needed
Instructions
▢
Take strawberries in a bowl, sprinkle over sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside for 5 mins.
▢
Now take yogurt in a bowl, add in honey and mix well.
▢
Take a serving glass, fill it with granola, then yogurt mix and strawberries. Keep on layering like this.
▢
Now top with some granola and nuts.
▢
Chill for a good 1 hour.
▢
Serve.
