Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt / Homemade Curd
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 10 to 15 chopped finely Strawberries
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Sugar
  • few drops Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Homemade granola
  • Cashews or Pistachios or Almonds as needed

Instructions

  • Take strawberries in a bowl, sprinkle over sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside for 5 mins.
  • Now take yogurt in a bowl, add in honey and mix well.
  • Take a serving glass, fill it with granola, then yogurt mix and strawberries. Keep on layering like this.
  • Now top with some granola and nuts.
  • Chill for a good 1 hour.
  • Serve.
