  • 1 peeled and chopped very finely Raw Mango
  • 1 lemon size Tamarind
  • 3 to 4 tbsp Jaggery
  • 1.5 tbsp Neem flower
  • 2 chopped finely Green Chilli
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed


  • Soak tamarind in water for 10 mins. Squeeze and extract the juice.
  • Now take that juice in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Taste and adjust the sweetness and salt.
  • Chill for few hours and serve.
