Ingredients

  • 1 small Onion sliced thinly
  • 1.5 cup Cherry Tomatoes or use normal tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 Cucumber deseeded and sliced in half moon
  • ½ Green Bell Pepper cubed
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper cubed
  • 4 tbsp Parsley chopped
  • 3 tbsp Olives
  • 150 grams Feta Cheese cubed
  • For Dressing:
  • 5 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Sugar or to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients given for dressing till it is smooth.
  • Take all ingredients for salad in a bowl and spoon over the dressing. Toss gently and serve.
