Ingredients

  • 1 Beetroot peeled and grated
  • ½ cup Yellow Moong Dal
  • ¼ cup Onion or Shallots chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped finely
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Green Chilli chopped finely

Instructions

  • Wash and soak moong dal in a bowl for 2 hours.
  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl, add in drained moong dal and mix well.
  • Serve
