Ingredients

  • Dosa Batter - as needed
  • Butter as needed
  • Onion - as needed chopped finely
  • Tomato - as needed chopped finely
  • Capsicum / Bell Peppers - as needed chopped finely
  • Pav Bhaji Masala or Garam Masala as needed
  • Green Chutney as needed

Instructions

  • Heat a tawa. Spread dosa batter over it, spread it evenly.
  • Add some butter and green chutney. Spread it over.
  • Sprinkle onions, tomatoes, capsicum, pav bhaji masala over it .
  • Spoon some more dosa batter over it and spread it. Cook till bottom crisp up.
  • Dollop some butter over it, flip over and cook till the bottom is done. Cook on low heat.
  • Remove and spread some butter.
  • Cut into wedges and serve.
