Ingredients

Dosa Batter - as needed
▢
Butter as needed
▢
Onion - as needed chopped finely
▢
Tomato - as needed chopped finely
▢
Capsicum / Bell Peppers - as needed chopped finely
▢
Pav Bhaji Masala or Garam Masala as needed
▢
Green Chutney as needed
Instructions
▢
Heat a tawa. Spread dosa batter over it, spread it evenly.
▢
Add some butter and green chutney. Spread it over.
▢
Sprinkle onions, tomatoes, capsicum, pav bhaji masala over it .
▢
Spoon some more dosa batter over it and spread it. Cook till bottom crisp up.
▢
Dollop some butter over it, flip over and cook till the bottom is done. Cook on low heat.
▢
Remove and spread some butter.
▢
Cut into wedges and serve.
