Ingredients

  • ½ cup Basmati Rice
  • 100 grams Noodles - 100 grams
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 medium size Onion chopped finely
  • 3 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 medium size Carrot finely chopped
  • 6 Baby Corn chopped
  • 1 Capsicum / Bell Peppers chopped i used, red, yellow and green
  • 6 Green Beans chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 2 tsp or to taste Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp or to taste Vinegar
  • Spring Onion a handful finely chopped

Instructions

  • Cook rice and noodles separately in salted boiling water till done. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
  • Add in onions, chillies and toss well. Add in salt, sugar and 1 tsp pepper and toss well.
  • Add in carrot, beans, capsicum, baby corn and toss well. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 mins till the veggies are done.
  • Now Add in soy sauce, vinegar and toss well.
  • Add in rice and noodles and toss well.
  • Sprinkle in another tsp of pepper and spring onions. Toss well.
  • Serve hot.
