Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup cooked and drained Chickpeas / Chana Kabuli
  • 4 tbsp Tahini Sauce Recipe here
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Water
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 Roasted Red Bell Peppers
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper

Instructions

  • First take garlic in a blender and give one quick blend.
  • Now add in chickpeas, tahini, salt, lemon juice and give a quick blend.
  • Add water as needed and puree till smooth.
  • Add in red pepper, cayenne, paprika and puree till smooth.
  • Transfer this to a bowl. sprinkle some more paprika over.
  • Serve as dip, or spread for sandwiches or wraps..
