  • 1 cup Chickpeas soaked
  • 1 medium Onion chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp Garlic chopped finely
  • ¼ cup Coriander leaves chopped finely
  • ¼ cup Mint Leaves chopped finely
  • 2 tsp Cumin Powder / jeera Podi
  • 1 tbsp Baharat Spice Mix
  • Salt to taste


  • Wash and soak chickpeas overnight. Next day, drain them and add it to blender, crush them to a little coarse mix. Take them in a bowl .
  • Add in all the ingredients except oil and mix really well.
  • Take small portion and shape them into ball.
  • Fry them in oil till golden, drain them,.
  • Serve with tahini dip.
