Tahini Sauce Recipe

Tahini Sauce is a rich, creamy, perfectly smooth, nutty and tangy at the same time. The garlic pair beautifully with the toasted sesame paste creates a well balanced tahini dip which can be served with falafels, pita sandwiches and even drizzled over salads. Ingredients

  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Tahini Paste
  • 2 clove Garlic grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Take yogurt in a strainer and let it strain for 1 hour till it gets thick.
  • Take curd, tahini, salt, garlic, cumin powder, coriander leaves and lemon juice in a bowl and mix really well. Drizzle olive oil on top and mix. Keep this in fridge for 1 hour for the flavours to develop.
  • Serve with falafel or any lebanese foods..
