Ingredients

For Grinding:

For Tempering:

Instructions
▢
Take ingredients given for grinding in a blender and make into a fine puree.
▢
Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add in the ingredients given for tempering. Saute for a min.
▢
Add in the ground masala and mix well. Cook this for 10 mins till the masala gets cooked.
▢
Add in the spice powders and salt. Saute this for a min.
▢
Add in chicken drumstick and mix well.
▢
Pour a cup of water and cover the pressure cooker.
▢
Let it cook for 4 whistle. Then simmer the flame for 15 mins. Switch off the flame and let the steam go all by itself.
▢
Now open the pressure cooker and serve the curry with roti.
