Basmati Rice

Onions chopped finely

Tomato chopped finely

Capsicum chopped

Homemade Pav Bhaji Masala

Homemade Chilli Garlic Paste

Instructions
▢
Wash basmati rice, soak it for 30 mins. Bring lots of water to boil, add salt to it.
▢
Add in rice and cook for 7 to 8 mins till it is done. Drain and set aside. Leave it to cool completely.
▢
In a kadai add butter add in chilli garlic paste and cook till oil separates.
▢
Add in the Onions,Green chilli, tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy.
▢
Add in salt and little sugar and mix well.
▢
Now add in the pav bhajji masala and mix well.
▢
Add in peas and capsicum stir for 2 min.
▢
Add in the cooked rice and mix well until the masala coats each rice.
▢
Serve hot with any raita.
