Homemade Bounty Bars Recipe with step by step pictures. This is delicious chocolate bars filled with a fluffy coconut filling and coated in melted dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 cup or as needed Condensed Milk
  • 2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips You can use milk or dark
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Soft Butter

Instructions

  • Butter a pan generously.
  • Take coconut, condensed milk in a bowl and mix well. Spoon the mix into the bowl and spread evenly.
  • Chill this for 2 hours in fridge.
  • Meanwhile melt chocolate and butter by double boiler method or in microwave. Mix well.
  • Unmould the bar and cut it into squares. Dip each bars in chocolate and arrange it in a parchment lined plate.
  • Chill for few mins.
  • Serve
