Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bread
  • ½ small Onion chopped finely
  • ¼ Capsicum chopped finely
  • 2 tbsp Olives sliced
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Grilling
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • For Quick Sauce:
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped finely
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Green Chilli chopped finely

Instructions
 

  • First mix up the quick sauce together.
  • Take couple of bread slices and spread the sauce over it.
  • Sprinkle one slice with onion, capsicum, olives, cheese, coriander leaves, salt and oregano. Top with other slice. Make one more sandwich like this.
  • Oil a grill maker or a sandwich maker or a tawa. Place the sandwich in and grill for 5 to 6 mins till golden.
  • Remove it carefully and cut into wedges.
  • Serve.
