Ingredients

  • 1 Banana peeled and cubed B
  • 10 to 12 Strawberry
  • 2 tbsp Instant Oats
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seed Powder
  • 2 cups Soy Milk i used sweetened soy milk, so i skipped the sugar
  • Sugar or Honey as needed

Instructions

  • Take all the ingredients in the blender and puree till smooth.
