Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 Bread Slices
  • Green Chutney as needed
  • Tomato Ketchup as needed
  • Butter or Oil as needed
  • Cheese Slice or Grated Cheese as needed
  • For Omelet:
  • 4 Egg
  • 1 medium size Onion chopped finely
  • 3 tbsp Capsicum chopped finely
  • 1 small Tomato chopped finely
  • 1 Green chilli chopped finely
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil for making omelet

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients for omelet in a bowl except oil.
  • Spread some oil in a pan, pour egg mix over it and cook till cooked, flip over and cook till done.
  • Remove it to a plate and make 2 or 3 more omelet as needed.
  • Now take your bread slice. Spread with green chutney on both side, place a omelet in the center and cover with another bread.
  • You can spread one side with green chutney and other side with tomato ketchup and place some cheese on top of the omelet and cover with another bread.
  • Grill both of them till golden.
  • Serve.
