Ingredients

  • 2 Egg
  • tsp Turmeric Powder optional
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter as needed

Instructions

  • Crack open egg in a bowl, add in salt and turmeric and whisk it well.
  • Now heat butter in a nonstick pan, pour the egg mix in and swirl to coat the pan in a thin layer.
  • Now lower the heat and cook till the top of the egg sets.
  • Now remove it to a plate and roll it tightly.
  • Now slice it thinly to resemble noodles.
  • Serve to your kids..
