Breakfast Avocado Toast - 2 Ways!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Avocado
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Juice to taste
  • 1 chopped finely Spring Onion
  • Red Chilli Flakes to taste
  • Coriander leaves to taste
  • Sugar or Honey to taste
  • 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread

Instructions
 

  • Toast your bread slices in a toaster till it is crispy. Remove it and set aside.
  • Now cut open your avocado, scoop half of the flesh in one bowl and other half in another one.
  • Now Mash one avocado roughly, now sprinkle some salt, lemon juice and mash well. Add in spring onions and mix well. Set aside.
  • Take other half in other bowl and mash it roughly, now add in some honey or sugar to taste and mash well. Set aside.
  • Place your crisp toast on a plate, spoon the filling over it.
  • On the savoury one, sprinkle with chilli flakes and coriander leaves.
  • You can drizzle some more honey on the sweet one.
  • Enjoy immediately.
