Ingredients

  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1.5 cup Milk
  • Sugar or Honey to taste
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tbsp Basil Seeds / Sabja
  • 4 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Take basil seeds in a bowl, add in 4 tblspn of water over it, set aside till it swells.
  • Chop up half a banana and apple into small pieces. Set aside.
  • Take avocado, ½ of the banana, sugar and milk in a blender. Puree till smooth and thick.
  • Pour this into a serving bowl. Top with the bloomed basil seeds and the banana and apples.
  • Serve.
